For the best accuracy, we recommend wearing tight fit clothing and no accessories such as shoes and bracelets. We request users to provide accurate height and weight data as well.

Yes, but it is only used for generating your measurement profile. You can also request to delete your images.

Your photo is used only to derive body measurements through our Fit Intelligence system. It is processed securely and is not used for marketing, profiling, or identification purposes.

We only retain a 3D model of your measurements, 100+ accurate data points and your 2 image along with your height and weight. All data is strictly used for providing the best service and we do not sell or use your data in any malicious way

We strive to represent colors and textures as accurately as possible. However: Minor variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and dye batches. Such variations do not qualify as defects or grounds for return.

We stand behind the accuracy of our digital measurement process. If your garment does not fit as expected: We offer complimentary alterations within 7 days of delivery. If alterations are not feasible, we provide a one-time complimentary remake.
If a fit issue is determined to be due to our measurement system, BluTailor will take full responsibility. To initiate a fit request, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and details.

Alteration requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the garment. The garment must be unused, unworn (except for trial), and in original condition. BluTailor reserves the right to assess whether alteration or remake is the appropriate solution.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once fabric cutting or production has commenced, cancellations are not permitted.

At Blutailor, every garment is made-to-measure specifically for you using digital measurements. Because each piece is custom crafted, we generally do not accept returns. However, if there is any manufacturing issue or measurement discrepancy, we will re-stitch the garment at no additional cost to ensure the best possible fit. Your satisfaction and confidence in your BluTailor garment are our top priorities.
