Most BluTailor garments are custom-made or made-to-measure.
Custom-made and bespoke items are not eligible for return or refund, except in case of a verified manufacturing defect.
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos
- Include your order number
Approved cases may qualify for alteration, replacement, or refund (at BluTailor’s discretion).
- Minor alterations are part of bespoke tailoring
- Alteration costs may be borne by the customer
- Incorrect measurements provided by customers are not covered
- Return request within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, with tags
- Customised RTW items are non-returnable
- Only manufacturing defects are eligible
- Duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Return shipping is customer’s responsibility

- Accessories
- Misused or improperly cared items
- Refunds processed via original payment method
- Timelines depend on banks or payment providers
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless our error
- Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or an error by BluTailor, return shipping costs may be charged 500₹.
- Any agreed return shipping reimbursement will be communicated in writing before the return is initiated.
Orders can be cancelled only before production begins. Once production starts, cancellation is not possible.
