Return & Refund Policy

Custom & Bespoke Orders

Most BluTailor garments are custom-made or made-to-measure.

Custom-made and bespoke items are not eligible for return or refund, except in case of a verified manufacturing defect.

Manufacturing Defects
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos
  • Include your order number

Approved cases may qualify for alteration, replacement, or refund (at BluTailor’s discretion).

Fit & Alterations
  • Minor alterations are part of bespoke tailoring
  • Alteration costs may be borne by the customer
  • Incorrect measurements provided by customers are not covered
Ready-to-Wear Items
  • Return request within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, with tags
  • Customised RTW items are non-returnable
International Orders
  • Only manufacturing defects are eligible
  • Duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is customer’s responsibility
Non-Returnable Items
  • Custom & bespoke garments
  • Altered products
  • Accessories
  • Misused or improperly cared items
Refund Processing
  • Refunds processed via original payment method
  • Timelines depend on banks or payment providers
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless our error
Return Cost
  • Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or an error by BluTailor, return shipping costs may be charged 500₹.
  • Any agreed return shipping reimbursement will be communicated in writing before the return is initiated.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before production begins. Once production starts, cancellation is not possible.
