Custom orders cannot be modified once production has begun.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and personal details. BluTailor is not liable for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Full payment is required before order processing begins.

BluTailor reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines and costs are detailed in our Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production timelines, logistics, or customs clearance.

BluTailor is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs authorities.

7. Returns, Alterations & Refunds

Custom-made and bespoke garments are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Alterations may be offered at BluTailor’s discretion, subject to assessment and feasibility.

Ready-to-wear items (if applicable) may be eligible for returns as per our Returns Policy.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method.
